The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise GPS location data. However, your approximate geographic location may be inferred from your IP address. This approximate location data may be used for analytics and to improve the Application’s performance.

You are responsible for the content you share through the Application.

The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated systems to provide certain features, including but not limited to:

• Content generation (e.g. feed content, suggested replies)
• Content recommendations and personalization
• Content moderation assistance

When you interact with AI-powered features, the following data may be processed by AI systems:

• Posts and text you submit
• Prompts and messages you provide to AI features
• Feed interactions and usage patterns

User content may be sent to and processed by third-party AI service providers to deliver these features. The Service Provider selects AI providers that maintain appropriate data handling and security practices.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Users should not rely on AI-generated content as factual advice and should exercise their own judgment.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy policy.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own privacy policies about handling data. Below are the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Sentry — error tracking and application reliability
• Third-party AI service providers — content generation and moderation

User content may be processed by these third-party providers for the purposes of content generation, moderation, and maintaining application reliability.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the Service Provider may review user-generated content to prevent abuse, enforce community guidelines, and comply with applicable laws. This review may be carried out through automated systems (including AI-based tools) or manual review processes.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and service-related communications (such as account notifications and updates about the Application). The Service Provider does not send unsolicited marketing emails.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You can delete your account directly within the Application. When you delete your account:

• Your profile data (name, username, email, photo) will be permanently deleted.
• Your posts and discussions will be deleted or anonymized so they are no longer associated with your account.
• Your messages will be deleted from our servers.

Account deletion is processed promptly. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), after which it will be permanently deleted.

The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is handled as described in the “Account Deletion” section above. Automatically collected data (such as usage analytics) may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for analytical purposes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to deletion (right to be forgotten): You can request deletion of your personal data.
• Right to restrict processing: You can request that we limit how we use your personal data.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at info@ratio.global so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
