Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions and details about what happens to your data.
How to Delete Your Account
Open Settings
Open the Ratio Global app and navigate to your profile. Tap the Settings icon.
Go to Account Settings
In the Settings menu, find and tap "Account" to access your account management options.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the Account page and tap the "Delete Account" button.
Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Can’t access the app? You can also request account deletion by sending an email to info@ratio.global from the email address associated with your account. Please include your username in the email so we can locate your account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Profile information (name, username, email address, profile photo, bio)
- Posts and discussions you created
- Comments and replies
- Direct messages
- Feed preferences and interaction history
- AI feature usage data and conversation history
- Notification settings and preferences
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for the following purposes:
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics data — retained indefinitely (cannot be linked back to your account)
- Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Data necessary for fraud prevention — retained for up to 90 days after deletion
- Legal compliance records — retained as required by applicable law
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion is processed promptly. Once confirmed, your account will be immediately deactivated and your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
During this period, your profile and content will no longer be visible to other users. The deletion process is irreversible — once complete, your data cannot be recovered.
